Cheese Chowder

  Garlic Crackers    
1 Cream crackers   10  
2 Butter   50  
3 Garlic chopped 50  
4 Parsley chopped 50  
5 Cheddar cheese grated 50  
  Garnish :      
1 Parsley chopped    
2 Chili powder   10      











Cooking Procedure :





1.        Saute onion with margarine. Add flour, stir well.

2.        Add chicken stock, cream, carrot, celery, salt, chili powder.

3.        Stir about 15 minutes. Add cheese. Serve with crackers.

Garlic Crackers :





1.        Spread mixture of butter, parley, onion, and cheese on top of crackers

2.        Put on the salamander until the cheese melted.
